GTA IV's multiplayer went away with Games for Windows Live. Xanophia takes Live's place: Xanophia's own servers around the world, always on, each with a world that keeps what players leave in it.
Host a Free Mode or a Party Mode lobby for your friends, join theirs from your friends list, get invites on your in-game phone, and talk with voice chat. All with the account you already have.
Spawn any of 118 vehicles, from the Infernus to the Annihilator, and the add-ons you installed. Paint it any colour, give it neons and a livery, tune its handling, then drive it up walls with Speed Boost. The Car Recorder replays your best runs.
F8 opens the menu anywhere in the game. Give any option a key or a controller combo of its own, pin your favourites to their own tab, and save your whole setup as a profile. The DualSense is read by the mod itself, adaptive triggers and haptics included.
Set the clock and the weather, slow time down, or pick one of the game's 213 screen filters. Start any of the 329 missions or 344 cutscenes from IV and both episodes, clear the streets or start a riot, and teleport anywhere on the map.
The Object Spooner places vehicles, peds, objects, lights and explosions where you look. Fly its camera with F9, grab, move and turn what you placed, then save the map. It loads Menyoo and ZMenu files too.

Yes, and it's on from the start: RB and D-pad down opens the menu. Settings > Controls has a PlayStation and an Xbox page. The DualSense is read by the mod itself, with its adaptive triggers and haptics, and an on-screen keyboard types for you.
A crash in the mod never takes the game down, and everything it changes in the game is undone when it turns off. Your password is checked by the website only, over an encrypted connection; your PC signs in with a key of its own that never leaves it, and two-factor sign-in protects your account.
Yes. Join one of Xanophia's servers from the start screen's Multiplayer, or host a Free Mode or Party Mode lobby for your friends to join. Each player needs their own PC and beta account.
The game keeps running. The crash is sent to the team at your next sign-in and shows on Your beta, where you can follow it from Sent to Fixed.
The beta plays on one PC per account. Ask an administrator to free your account, then sign in on the new PC.
Some keys come with a time on the beta, counted from your first sign-in in the game. When it's over the mod locks; an administrator can give you more.
No. Xanophia is a fan-made mod and isn't affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. You need your own copy of GTA IV.
